Here you go.  I have this setup on my ST2300 and it works great.  Once I
have it set I RARELY have to touch the needle.   On a pipe and 15% nitro the
engine will turn a 17x10N APC the best at about 8400rpm.  I have mine
currently in a Funtana on a canister muffler and it swings an 18x6 wood prop
just fine.   I have over 450 flights on the motor and have yet to change a
bearing.
