Jon,

That's a great idea and Ivan did a winter program in Canada (fun and
fellowship) and always had some programs and a great dinner with top 
notch
speakers in the past.. When I was in D1 this was a great way to get rid 
of
the mid-winter blues and get a jump start on the new projects.. Maybe 
do a
location in the southeast in January ?
