My setup that I used in France,
Plettenberg Xtra 30-10
APC-E 21x13W
Schulze 32.55K ESC (I am now using one with a proportional break, didnt 
use it in France)
Thunder Power 10s4p 5300 mAh packs
ZN Line Enigma, built stock even added an ounce of lead to balance it 
because I was lazy!
10.3 lbs RTF
5850 RPM static
10-10.5 minutes of flight time for an 80% discharge.  Packs have ~60 
cycles on them at this
point with no noticable loss in performance.
Nearly 400 trouble free flights
61A static draw, ~2200W (the TP Prolite cells hold crazy voltage)

This all worked well for me, lots of power, extremely quiet.

Seriously though, how about letting us know specifically what equipment
you are using, where it can be sourced from and how much one can expect
to pay.  Better yet, what about a K-Factor article?
