Canada-West K-Factor article for September

Hi folks,

I accidentally sent the wrong .doc file to Chris Larson last month and the article published in the Sept. K-Factor is in error. To help mitigate this I have posted the article in it's entirety on the Pattern West iNews Website at this location.
