FW: nsrca badge question

Hi-- anyone recognize the badge discription below??  Doesn't sound like the
current "shield" which has no eagle or anything.

Hi, Purchased at a local antique auction (Southern Colorado) a police style
badge, with N.S.R.C.A under an eagle, a center star, U.S. Star Mail & Star
Route Carrier on the front of the badge - very offical looking. Is this
badge from your organization. I would greatly appreciate your help!!! Thanks
