I flew mine and then gave it up to a new pattern guy. Did the same with the Tai-ji 40. Neither could fly like Stream-50.
It clearly had a pedigree from the multi world champion in Japan.

Eric..I actually have a Kyosho Majestic with a YS 63...I was about to ask about the 'retracts' <BG>
It too is a superb little machine, and shall we say that with a YS 63 it is more than 'adequately' powered. I'm not sure wether they are still in production, but when mine meets its fate, I have no apprehensions about duplicating it from its remains.

The plane is called the STREAM-50. the Majestic was an OS 32 type plane.

You may have not seen a Majestic fly with a YS 63. If you have flown one in a 30 mph wind or in calm air you will know that Naruke knew what he was doing.
I comes with its own soft-mount and retracts that actually work :-)
I have pictures if anyone wants them sent direct.

Absolutely right!!!!! It's safe to say that " not any " planes fly like the Javelin, at least, not in it's class!
Yup, right again, YS-63 and Jav = superlative intermediate size airplane.

Guess you have to decide on a 3 D type or a pattern plane. Not many planes fly pattern like the Javelin. But its still a 40-60 size plane not a 2 meter. Jamie
