[SPAM] L&T Comments

I did not want the new L&T rule to take effect.  However, at our first 
contest, where I am the CD, I feel the rule worked very well.  We did not call TO 
complete, just landing.  We had a newbie, he did takeoffs precisely as that is 
what he saw the veterans do.  After having used it, I liked it.  Just my 
opinion, which is worth what you paid for it.
