Subject: Jasper Ice Breaker Pattern Contest May 21st / 22nd

Sanctioned # 05-0886: Sportsman - FAI

This will be the second year that Jasper RC Flyer has held this contest. For
those that went last year, they can attest the field was a nice grass field
and well prepared for the event with two flight lines marked out for Friday
practice. I will do the same again this year.

We hope to see some more folks this year especially from D3 and D5 as we are
located in the corner of all three districts.

Our club has been working hard to get the field ready for this years
contest. The City of Jasper came out last week with a street roller and
rolled out the grass runway (with vibration on...LOL...)

The field is in good shape and hope to see you their. Friday morning field
will be marked and ready for practice.

Based on the e-mails I've been receiving, Sportsman through Masters should
be represented. I haven't heard of anyone flying FAI, but if you fly FAI and
plan on attending, please let me know. We'll be ready....The runway is an
east / west runway with no obstructions, pilot faces north.

If you are attending or know someone who is, please forward the following
information:

Name
AMA #
NSRCA #

I will be using Gene Maurice's scoring program. I appreciate Gene's
help.....

From:

Nashville - 3 Hours
St Louis - 3 Hours
Dayton, OH - 4 Hours
Indianapolis - 2 ½ Hours

Hope to see you there.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
