Lawsuit Update, Even Scarier

Even if somebody graduates at the bottom of the class in med school he
or she still needs to be competent enough to complete a residency and
pass the Boards before being allowed to practice medicine. Med
schools are quite good at weeding out people through the application
process up front, and many students drop out along the way.

The person graduating at the "bottom of the class" has still fulfilled
all requirements along the way.
