Say way like you measure the 60 the 75 (from center).  Therefore, it is really a big rectangle.  They keeped the 60 degrees for the upper part of the box.  The down grade for flying out-of-the-box is much harder and proportional to the class you are flying.  The upper class gets zero if flying out of the box.  Lower class is about two points downgrade.
