NYC sunglasses

Is the amber/brown you describe similar to the Serengeti Drivers lens?  
I found the Drivers work great in extremely bright, mid-summer, high-sun 
conditions.  They were too dark for later in the day and cloudy 
situations, imo, though.  I went with a darkened Serengeti rose (dual 
gradient) lens that works from extreme bright to fairly low light.
