Manuver number 6 on P07 Schedule

I assume not enough throw. I will have to check and maybe to apply function 
of increasing elevator throw by switch to perform this one.
Is a Elevator to Flaps mixer can help here? Meaning up Elevator + 
momentarily change of both Ailerons angle.
