Rule Change Proposal

Here's a novel thought... how about having the pilot designate the 
direction of flight by announcing "entering the box" immediately 
prior to beginning the sequence?  That way the takeoff and landing 
direction can be chosen by the pilot solely on the basis of safety 
(as it should be).
