cataract update

That is a very important point, thanks for the reality check.
I suspect there are other health issues going on that need to be dealt with 
first. Also the double vision thing is not all there is limiting my Pattern 
skills!
I will monitor the condition a while and see how I can deal with it and keep 
the options in mind.

I suspect the condition has been with me for a while and the doctor only 
noticed it after I offered the symptoms. Most people would not be aware of 
it at this low level. Pattern flyers demand a lot from their bodies...

BTW, the "other health issues" are also pretty trivial and certainly not 
life threatening. Mostly mobility and pain. I don't do pain well, if it 
hurts I try to avoid it!
