Nats Judging Rebate

I think that was the plan, it just managed to slip by the team. Then again, 
it could have been checked to see what was left Sunday evening. Stuff 
happens, if that was our big flaw, I think the overall experience was pretty 
good.

I don't plan on sharing where I screwed up!
