In a conversation with Don Ramsey at the Nats we agreed that if we could 
turn out perfect judges, we would only need one per line...
We know the problem exists, we are in search of a solution. It seems to be 
as elusive as a method to convert lead to gold!

Now, that's irresponsible.
Believe me, if I heard about it from here it needs to be fixed.
