coke bottle syndrome

Thanks for the assessment of the problem. There had to be a chemical 
reasoning behind my problem with the coke bottle tank. one of my tanks is 
1/2 inch shorter and is less diameter than a fresh bottle. It was used 
about 20 flights.I changed plugs right before the nats so the plug damage 
is unknown.The engine still runs normal.
