Better yet, imo, uninstall all antivirus and antispyware software, 
download Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird and set them as your default 
net and email clients, and be sensible in what programs you install.  No 
more viruses, either through email (unless you open infecting 
attachments) or evil websites; smart filters 95% of spam; and tab 
browsing and google search toolbar built in!
