Back in 1999, John Ferrell led the project to produce a whole new set
of schedules. There were two independent design and test teams led by Ron
Lockhart and Jim Johns. Each team had a cross-section of pattern pilots from
each class, wherever possible. You all finally saw two groups of "Building
block" 401-404 schedules which you voted on.

What I have done in this note is given you 401, 402 and 404 as a start. The
exercise challenge is to design an Advanced(403) schedule that builds up
from 402 and also bridges the gap to 404.

I thought that this would be more fun and more creative than "hacking" at an
existing schedule. It will also give our new members a look at how we get to
where will be for this cycles proposals.

(Bonus points if you propose new scheules for all calsses)
