adding interest to Sportsman - judging / mentoring

    What I had in mind is to offer the extra help to all Sportsman pilots.
The help would be a flyer who is capable of judging Sportsman to
watch the flight and later offer a basic critque of the flight.
    What do you think, keep it informal or go a little further ?
