Class Structure - 400S

Ed Hartley, are you hearing this ?? Do you think the SPA could have a 
splinter group called the STPA ?? Senior Turnaround Pattern Association 
??All the classes could be destination classes, no mandatory move up till 
you reach Turnaround Senior Pattern Masters ?? : )
