G3 Simulator

Please forgive the somewhat off-topic message, but I've got a dilemma.
For Christmas, my wife got me a G3 program, which I have installed in my 
computer.  It runs very well.  But, so far,  on the basic G3 program, I 
haven't been able to find the type of airplane I want, (pattern) and so 
I haven't begun to try to program the airplane parameters.
My wife, who doesn't do things by halves, also bought me all 5 add-ons.  
Now, I'm sure I won't need all 5 if I can just find the proper airplane 
and properly set the parameters to something resembling my Focus.  The 
pictures on the boxes leave something to my imagination.
Any input will be a big help.  As I say, the program is running well, so 
that removes one stumbling block.
Any help gratefully accepted.
