Intermediate questions

I've some questions about the Intermediate schedule used in 2004.

Do you go straight from the takeoff to the Cuban 8 without 
exiting/reentering the box?

On #5, Humpty Bump with Options.  What does Options mean and how 
are they applied?

#12 is straight inverted flight, but how do you get inverted?  It 
appears you're exiting #11 upright.  Is a half roll implied.  (In 
IMAC the half roll would be another maneuver and not allowed 
unless in the schedule.)
