Hey Ed,
You oughtta see Andrew do that maneuver. He does that particular
maneuver better than anybody in existance, and ya I mean anybody!
If you get back on the power just as the snap commences(instead of
waiting for snap completion) then the exit line can be made
congruent with the arc of the loop and it can be made to look pretty
nice, inspite of the fact that one of last years TOP finishers
maintained that "there is no way you're going to do a snap at the
bottom of a loop and maintain the arc".  I would lay odds that this
same individual is currently doing this maneuver without breaking
the arc.
Thinking and practice will always win out.
