OS 140RX Idle too rich...

Hello all 
While attempting to fine tune my OS140RX I observe too rich idle
mixture.
Turning the idle needle screw clockwise 5 degrees as specified in the
motor book did not change.
Moreover, turning it all the way to lean side did not help. Suggestions
will be highly appreciated.
Info:
Motor OS140RX
Mount: Hyde ARIA
Plug: OS F
Fuel: 10% nitro 18% oil (80% clots synthetic and 20% castor)
Prop: APC 16x14
Motor just finished group break-in
Max RPM: 7700
Idle RPM: 2000
