I understand where you are coming from.  All I can tell you is that the
K-Factor is being produced and mailed on the same date every month ( on or
very near the 15th ).  From there it is the US Postal Service.
If anyone has ideas about a better delivery system, tell them to your DVP's
or the Officers.  Changes in delivery are out of my hands, and require a
Board decision.

Well like I Stated.. I read the December issue and if I am to accept what I
read reason for my post.  I have been receiving them in various time frames
and condition but was hoping things were better..  Maybe not for some or
many of us...

    Thanks for your reply Chris..  Is sad when you read outdated info that
author intended for readership to have read before expected date of function
being mentioned..
