Not too Shabby

Dan,
I haven't had a chance to fly up there yet.  I live in Southeast MI and the looks I get, from the wife, when I talk about taking a plane or two on vacation with us, have not been real friendly.  She grumbles something like, "You can't be without your planes for a 4 day weekend?"  I figured its best not to push my luck.  She has been pretty good when I talk about this years Pattern schedule, so I figure I can live a few days without flying, but only on vacation:-)

  Hows the flying at the end of the Cheboygan airport. I have seen the field, nice grass.  I live in the south but have only visited in the summer. Bet there is a lot of snow on the runway.

      Hearing all you guys talk about the weather, I think I might have made a mistake.  Just a couple of years ago, my wife and I bought our retirement home, in Cheboygan, MI.



      I wonder what my chances are of talking her into a warmer climate, year around.........hmmmmm.........probably not very good.
