Congratulations to our Canadian Team member Chad Northeast, on making the Semi's! He's been working hard to make it and I am sure he's happy to have had the opportunity to continue flying.

Best of luck to the U.S. guys!

looks like the Semi's are complete tomorrow its a whole new game! fly (2)
F-05 and (2) different unknowns count the best round of each type for the
Individual title. If there is a tie then CPLR will win based on winning both
  Semi final flights.

  1. CPLR 2000
  2. Onda 1968
  3. Roland Matt 1929
  4. Chip Hyde 1911
  5. Akiba 1875
  6. BPLR 1864
  7. Shulman 1856
  8. Silvestri 1849
  9. W. Matt 1845
  10. Suzuki 1839

  Warm up pilots
  11. Beschorner 1831
  12. McMurtry 1803

  other notables
  14 Marco Benincasa Italy 1797
  20. Chad Northeast from Canada 1710
  25. Marcelo Columbo Argentina 1671

  Other NOTES
Onda is catching CPLR round #1 was a 991.77 and rd# was 976.71...where as
his carry in was 955...So he made huge ground. Roland Matt also got a really
good score today with a 974.

Chip also improved today with 966 and 944 over his 935 carry in.

Jason Shulman improved as well going from 9th to 7th with a 943...but had to
keep his 912 carry in as his rd #2 semi was a 905.

also #18 Drack (Swiss) got a penalty in rd 1 of semi's report is model was
  over weight after this round.

Note to all it appears they are weighing the models coming off the flight
line to make sure they are legal. Especially the electric models as they can
change batts and get the weight lower without removing anything from the
  airframe.

good Luck Jason and Chip Keep it coming! A new contest for you guys
  tomorrow. Kick some tail.
