At the Don Lowe Masters they used a zero panel. This panel determined if a
maneuver was done wrong and should have been a zero. All three judges had to
agree and it would override the main judges line. It worked but was
extremely labor intensive.
I just go by, "If it looks like a snap, it is a snap". There are plenty of
other things to look out for.
