Ron, you are absolutely correct, I read YS140 instead of  OS140.    Sorry

I should have paid attension the  last time this thread came around.  Does 
anyone have the Helicoild  kit P/N for the OS 140RX.  I stripped the header 
screw hole.  Maybe a McMaster Carr P/N???
