DZ160 tuning tips

What is the best method to tune the DZ160? I have difficultly at times
trying to determine the perfect balance between high end adjustment and pump
adjustment as they both affect each other. Does anyone have a good method
which works? 

My engine is only new with about 10 flights on it. Half of them have been
dead-stick landings but I believe the engine is loading up on extended
downline idles. I am currently running 

16.5 x 12W APC
Hatori exhaust
OSF
25% Cool power (Normal Viscosity oil @ 20% not the Low viscosity) 

Power is better than my DZ140 but not by much.
