Keith on your impact rudder LE just plane it back
until the counter balance lines up, also/or trim the
vert stab trailing edge to get it to line up. Assuming
your only beveling the rudder leading edge not the
rudder post on the fuse. 

I also use a pin hinge in the position under the horns
on the rudder, the rest are CA hinges.
