I use an  HVLP roller...er spray gun (highly recommend the Sata MiniJet 3).

Yes, it can be applied over fiberglass (that what System Three is all about)

And the clear coat is just the clear as provided by System Three..needed for
that wet look.

    This has to be the safest way to get a fuel proof finish for the
non-professional.  It won't be a '10' like you can get from PPG, but you can
get an 8.5 with it.  Light weight, easy to use, non-toxic, water cleanup and
the finish is very acceptable with a clear coat.
