Createx makes a waterbased automotive airbrush paint in in all the brilliant
colors. For maximum durablility you should shoot a super light coat of
clear.

double action airbrush from Harbor Freight yesterday for $20. It has the
airbrush, the 1/4" adaptor, and two cups. It is even internal mix. I am on
my way to get paint and some thinner in a little while. I have a paint that
uses laquer thinner for cleanup, but am not sure if you thin with the same
thinner. Any Ideas? Also, do the water based paints get thinned with
water? Do any of the paints require reducer like automotive paints? Thanks
again for the help.
