I also remember when some advocated flying helicopter to really hone their reflexes.  When going back to pattern, it was much easier, because of intense concentration required for helicopters. I have enough trouble getting to field to practice period, let alone flying anything else.

  I plan on putting my primary plane (Focus 2) up for the winter after this weekend (last in district contest of the year). I am re-covering my backup (Focus1) and will probably fly it some over the winter, if I can get good enough weather to get the trimming done. But also just got the plans for the boxer60.

  In talking to some FAI flyers, they pointed out a real personally benifit to flying a scale aerobatic plane. Stated it forced them to work on coordinating all four controls. Flame suit on.
