 Dan I would say use the 8411 on rudder and elevator use the 8311 on ailerons.

  I am going to be building a CAMODEL Fantasy.  My question is if the JR DS8311 servos will be strong enough for ail, elv, rud.  I have 2 DS8411.  I had thought about using one of them on the rudder in place of the DS8311.  Any feed back on this subject would be greatly appreiciated.
