shop tools

I just got done building a bench and now am looking to buy some shop power
tools (i.e. drill press, belt sander, grinder, ect.).  What are you guys
using and what order would you purchase first.  If you could give me so tips
of what to look for that would be good for modeling as well as house hold
projects.  Thanks
