Applying poly glue

That's the "catalyst" for poly.  Usually the moisture in the air is
sufficient.

I've done the credit card method in the past but read that you can get
better (lighter) results rolling.  (Wayne I believe mentioned this)

A very easy way to do this is to, spray the skins , on the side that
will
touch the core, with hairspray. Let that dry. Then lightly mist the core
and
the skin with water, spread the glue with a credit card or squeegee very
thin but even coating of glue and then press, vacuum or weight them down
overnight and your done.
