A very easy way to do this is to, spray the skins , on the side that
will
touch the core, with hairspray. Let that dry. Then lightly mist the core
and
the skin with water, spread the glue with a credit card or squeegee very
thin but even coating of glue and then press, vacuum or weight them down
overnight and your done.
