doublers

thanks Jim and Wayne. I haven't installed the rudder post yet so I can still
get to it. I think the cutting out the slots first is what I'll do and use
some epoxy so I can move the doublers if needed. It's a Temptation with the
TAVS fuse so I'm not so sure about using CA on it.
