You could get basecoat in a spray can, but not a single stage paint because 
you can not put a paint that needs a hardener in the can unless you plan to use 
it very quick.  Some paint stores will put paint into cans and others don't.  
Then you could use a spray can clear over top of it.  Fiberglass Evercoat 
just came out with a cut in clear in a spray can that sprays very nice.
