    Scott,
Stick a wooden dowel into the inlet of the pipe. When you hit the first baffle, put a mark on the dowel right at the pipe inlet. Pull the dowel out and measure it from the mark to the end that hit the baffle. Good luck!!!

I was wondering if anyone who is using the Hatori 902 tuned pipe could tell me where the first baffle is because I have been getting different opinions from people. I am running a Webra/Bully 1.45 and have had 4 good runs with the motor. I am looking for more power in uplines so I would like to start tweaking the pipe to get to that point. Prop is a 15.5X12W APC so does anybody have any suggestions on the pipe settings?

      Thanks a lot!
