A "Lockhart Prop" Update...

The Mueller wrap around adds 2", maybe just a little more, to the "straight
line" distance of plug tip to baffle. So my 19.75 is actually 21.75, which
is too long...to the face of the piston, it's probably 21.00"

Hey Bob,
Where are you measuring a 19.75" pipe? to the high point? to the 1st baffle?
TIA
Dean

Cox has been a wreck. I just got this rpm message NOW (5:30 am,
Weds)....Dean, Vicente, my OS 1.60 on 15% with the Mac's 1290 at 19.75
turned Lockharts 15.75 x 12 three blade at 8160. A different flavor of 15%
ran 7920.

Way too much. I've ordered the 13 pitch and will try it.

> Just for your information. Both the Mintor 140 and the OS 140 RX are
turning the 15.75x11 at around 7700 and 7600 respectively. The Mintor is a
little stronger but the difference is not noticeable. One time an sport
pilot approach me and asked me if my plane was ELECTRIC.
