Fashion help needed from Troy Newman or ?

I know Troy has build a Fashion, and maybe there are others.  I have a friend trying to interpret the translated instructions and he can't figure out the stab mounting location.  He thinks its 5mm above the wing chord line but this seems very odd.  It might be 5mm above the top wing surface too.  Can't tell.

Anyone know?
