Charge it to a constant voltage of 13.6 volts. Limit the current to a couple of amps.

  Subject: Lead acid battery charging

Can someone please tell me if I can charge 12V lead/acid batteries with my Hobbico Quick Field Charger MKII? If so, on what setting?
If not, what is the best way to charge them. I think my 10 Amp car charger might kill them. They are 5 amp hour 12V batteries.
I also have a 800ma wall charger. Is that a better choice? Will it over charge them if I leave it on too long?
  Thanks in advance
