FYI, I believe Ron Chidgey first introduced the "Troy Newman" elevator setup
but Troy did an excellent job of presenting it. Some of us in the northeast
have used this method for years. Works great, solid, very light and once
installed and adjusted I've yet to ever have to adjust or maintain anything.
