JR programing question

I am using the function 64 to eliminate the pitch-coupling.  I would like to have this function programmable so will allow mixing as function of throttle position.  For example, I don't want coupling mixing when the power is more than 3/4.  Ideally, I want to do multi-point mixing so that the function is more active around 1/2 power when I do rolling maneuvers.

I have an SX-II model radio.  It is possible to do this in my radio?
