JR Programing question

I would like to change the coupling mixing (rudder to elevator/aileron) with throttle position.  I have the 10SX II radio.  I am using currently the function 64.  I don't want the mix function 64 active when power is more than 3/4.  How can I do this automatically?  It will be nice to be able to program a curve for the function I just described.
