From the stories I have read and heard regarding the Motels Lance and Gray have frequented on the contest circuit. I believe your bunkhouse setting does not offer the ambiance they seek. Perhaps if you charge by the hour, hang some neon lighting outside and promise thru the night to bang a rhythmic beat on the adjacent wall to where they sleep you may capture there attention as potential borders

No MCRCC funds are used for this but I am thinking of installing a bunk house at my shop for those looking for the low rent district. Proceeds from bunk rent would be used to fund the drinks and snacks, until the bunk house is in service you can bring your sleeping bag for a reduced rate, Jim Thompson has already reserved the Presidential suite for this contest, sleeping bag area is at the rear of the shop if it is hot you can open the back door and turn on the shop fan, but if you do that be sure that you bring a can of OFF the misquotes are very large and hungry here.
