Whoa!  Slow down there.  Those of us who haven't been to the Nederland 
contest have a need to know whenever "brews" and "courtesy of the host" 
is mentioned in the same sentence.  Tony doesn't imbibe, but I try to 
make up for him in the malt flavored, alcohol containing beverage 
department.  Tell us more.

This contest is sounding better and better.  I'll even get to meet Gray 
Fowler.
